CRR

Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation 575/2013). The CRR is an EU regulation that entered into force on June 28, 2013, and applied to all EEA member states from January 1, 2014. As a Regulation, the CRR is directly and uniformly applicable in all member states. The CRR implements certain changes relating to regulatory capital and liquidity as introduced under Basel III, and is part of the legislative package known as CRD IV.
