Funding Portal

An entity may act as a funding portal for crowdfunding transactions if it is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and a FINRA member, or if it registers with the SEC and with FINRA as a funding portal. The activities of a broker-dealer and a funding portal may not receive transaction-based compensation.
