USA PATRIOT Act

The Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001. The Act imposes a number of requirements on banks with respect to reporting and monitoring of activities that may involve money laundering or terrorism.
