Indirect Exposure

Means an exposure that arises from the Federal Reserve Board regulated institution’s investment in an investment fund which holds an investment in the Federal Reserve Board-regulated institution’s own capital instrument, an investment in the capital of an unconsolidated financial institution, or an investment in covered debt instrument.
