PRIIPs
Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance-based Products. The PRIIPs Regulation will require a KID to be provided to a retail investor prior to any sale of a PRIIP to such retail investor. The PRIIPs Regulation came into force in December 2014 and became effective in December 2016.
