Financial Counterparty

In accordance with the classification of derivatives counterparties under EMIR, Financial Counterparties include any entity authorized as a credit institution in accordance with CRD IV, an investment firm authorized under MiFID, an insurance or reinsurance undertaking, an institution for occupational retirement provision, a UCITS (in each case authorized under or within the meaning of applicable EU legislation) or an AIF managed by an AIFM authorized or registered under the AIFMD.
