Prudential Regulator

Under the Commodity Exchange Act and the Exchange Act, the term Prudential Regulator means the Board, the OCC, the FDIC, the FHFA, and the Farm Credit Administration with respect to swap dealers, major swap participants, security-based swap dealers, and major security-based swap participants.
