Regulation AB II

Referred to as Reg AB II, the securitization industry parlance for the final rules adopted by the SEC in August 2014 that substantially revised the SEC’s Regulation AB, governing the offering process, disclosure, and reporting requirements for registered offerings of ABS in the United States.
