United Kingdom Listing Authority. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) acting in its capacity as the competent authority for the purposes of Part VI of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Official Listing). The UKLA’s responsibilities include monitoring market disclosures by issuers, enforcing compliance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules, reviewing and approving prospectuses for the purpose of the PD, and operating the UK listing regime for debt and equity securities.
